We had a great stay at StarCity Hotel! Annie and her team welcomed us with open arms and made us feel comfortable and seen the whole time. Annie goes far to meet everyone’s needs and to answer any questions we had. Always with a smile and great service. The facilities were also amazing: swimming pool had sunlight for almost the entire day, with the possibility of ordering food and drinks. The hotel also offers chairs and umbrella stands on the beach. Room was spacious and very comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to relax while traveling south of Vietnam! Xoxo, specially for Annie - from Julia and Marthine

Breakfast was very good in my taste, abundance of different kind of local Vietnamese dishes and western food. Staff is very kind and spoke good English, especially Front Desk manager Ms. Annie was extremely helpful, took great care of me and my family, greeted us always with kind smile and warm wish for a nice day. Every time we arrived with taxi, there was someone to open our door, restaurant at 1st floor has good service, tasty Aussie Burgers. Swimming pool and Gym at 3rd floor are quiet and Spa was opening as we visited. Our room had great views to Nha Trang beach, it was quiet, very clean and newly refurbished.

The staff couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast buffet excellent with views up and down the coast. On arrival the reception staff said if I wait just a short while they had a higher floor available coming up,well worth the hour which was no hardship, they minded my bags and I went and enjoyed a seafood lunch. LOVE THIS PLACE

All the staff were brilliant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The room was spotless and house keeping was perfect. The management and staff should be very proud of the Starcity hotel. We hope to return in future. Thank you to everyone for making our stay amazing. 10/10.

The see view from the window was amazing, the beautiful beach is right across the street, you can meet the sunrise every day, the breakfast was very good, water for free in the room every day, guests can change the beach towels as many times as they want. All stuff and other guests from Vietnam were very friendly. Front office manager Annie also speaks Russian, which really helps for communication. She also gave us her what's app number, and she answered very quickly.
